Monday lesson with Mary - 09/02/09

Unfortunately, in todays lesson we had bad weather again, It was raining  heavily. Due to this, we were unable to continue filming as in our previous shot we had suitable weather, so if our next shot had horrible rainy weather all of a sudden, it would have not looked very realistic. Due to this unexpected weather, we decided that we would stay at college and practice filming some shots which we were having some trouble on so that the lesson was not wasted and was used efficiently. In this lesson, as well as practicing taking different shots of myself and tony walking past the camera, we also made a huge decision in our group. The decision was, we could either continue filming from what we had already started, or we could start again. Now in Rebecca's lesson, we had already started login and capturing our work which we started early, due to the length of the lesson, and the length of the journey, and based on the result of what we had already filmed, we were not so impressed with the standards of our filming, and so we believed that we could greatly improve which is why we decided to re-film. Due to this decision, we used this lesson as a chance to plan thoroughly what shots we would be using, and to actually stick to the story bored as previously, we slightly made some changes and went of track a bit. We planned to use Rebecca's lesson to take some shots of the scenery we were going to be using, and we also booked to take the camera overnight as on friday the 13th, we had no college, so we decided to use that day as an advantage and a chance to complete our filming completely so that we did not fall behind.
